Quang Binh, Quang Tri, Hue, Quang Nam, Da Nang, Quang Ngai, etc. in central Vietnam were hit by typhoons and suffered great damage.
32 people were killed and 150,000 homes were flooded and destroyed, 1500 hectares of rice fields were damaged, and 150,000 livestock were killed or washed away.
